Ngoc Han Ho and Hai Ha Nguyen are among top students to be presented with scholarships during Swinburne University of Technology’s scholarship ceremony. The recipients, from Australia, America, Canada, Mexico, Chile, Malaysia and Vietnam, will receive a range of scholarships varying in cost.
