| Description: | Swinburne's Prahran campus training restaurant has had a makeover, emerging as the aptly named The Apprentice. Tucked away on O'Brien Walk off High Street, the refurbished restaurant seats up to 80. It has been repainted throughout, carpets have been removed, and existing floorboards polished and sealed. The restaurant now features a new reception, lighting, bar and furniture. The makeover is the inspiration of Swinburne's new hospitality management team at the Prahran campus, Hospitality, Tourism and Events Manager, Sanjeev Singh and Operations and Restaurant Manager, chef Dario D'Agostino.
