Photographic montage of the Eastern Campus accompanied by music which was played as guests arrived for the Opening Ceremony at Mooroolbark. This is followed by a recording of the Opening Ceremony, 6th April, 1992.
The video includes a satellite link to Canberra which formed part of the ceremony. Swinburne's learning Services (previously Information Technology Services) organised the link and provided and operated television facilities at the Lilydale end, 1992. Full montage can be viewed on YouTube.
