Australian Program of Training for Eastern Europe (APTEE) inaugural graduation ceremony. Participants from Poland, Hungary and Czechoslovakia graduated with Swinburne's Graduate Certificate of Business Administration, a nine month program. Dignitaries at the ceremony included Dr Neal Blewett, Minister for Trade Negotiations, and Sir Arvi Parvo, head of some of Australia's major companies. Sir Arvi Parvo delivered the Occasional Address. |
