Mr Lloyd Orton came to the Swinburne Council as the Hawthorn Council Representative, and was re-elected to Council when he retired from Hawthorn Council. Mr Orton was a night school student for the first two years of his architectural training (1936 to 1938) when Swinburne began the Diploma of Architecture course. |
