Ian McDermid, Facom Custom Engineer, installing Swinburne's M180N. The new FACOM will continue Swinburne's leadership in computing facilities. The machine replaces Swinburne's M160F computer. The new FACOM allows students to work on equipment compatible with that which dominates industry and Government computer installations. |
