Michael Banfield and Tony Maly, two Swinburne Building Construction Department Apprentices build a fully-lined and insulated weatherboard playhouse - for the mentally handicapped children at Kew Cottages. The Community project is part of a programme where the building construction department takes on a different community project each year as a class exercise.
